What does odds-on mean?

A price shorter than evens, such as 1/2. You win less than you put on because it is likely to happen.

In practice

An odds-on price, such as 1/2, means you win less than you stake because the outcome is likely. £10 at 1/2 returns £15. In decimals, any price under 2.00 is odds-on.

The Funteron way: fans should not need to know any of this to have a bet. Funteron is designed to show every bet in plain words and in money: what it costs, what comes back if it wins and what you lose if it does not.
